Suspisciously Slow Driver Arrested In McKinney

McKINNEY (CBSDFW.COM) – McKinney Police arrested a man after getting a call from someone in the 900 block of Parkwood Court last week about him driving slow in the neighborhood and appearing to be writing things down.
Henry Harrell, 52, was arrested for the traffic violations of driving with an invalid license and failing to maintain financial responsibility.
