Suit Filed Against Former Mesquite Cop Who Shot Unarmed Man

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) –  A federal lawsuit was filed early Thursday against indicted former Mesquite Police officer Derick Wiley in the shooting of unarmed motorist Lyndo Jones.
The suit, which was filed electronically in the overnight hours, accuses Wiley of shooting Jones after a traffic stop in November of last year.
