Sigel's Beverages sells to Austin-based competitor

An attorney has confirmed that Sigel’s Beverages, a North Texas institution for more than a century, has sold to an Austin-based competitor.In a deal that was approved in April and closed on Friday, Austin's Twin Liquors has purchased all of the operating assets for Sigel’s out of bankruptcy, Melanie Goolsby, an attorney with Pronske Goolsby & Kathman PC, told the Dallas Business Journal.
