Sears to shutter 103 additional locations, including 4 in Texas

Sears Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: SHLD) will shutter 103 Sears and Kmart Stores in early 2018 as it looks to update its business model.The Chicago-area-based retailer said Jan. 4 that it will close three Sears locations and one Kmart across Texas in the coming months.The locations are just a few the of 64 Kmarts and 39 Sears stores across the U.S. to be closed by April, the Hoffman Estates, Illinois-based company said.Click here to see all the closings.
