Rhode Island Town Unanimously Passes Law Banning Balloons

NEW SHOREHAM, R.I. (CNN) – Balloons won’t fly anymore in New Shoreham, Rhode Island. The town’s council voted unanimously this week to say goodbye to balloons for good.
