Oncor, Sempra woo key holdout on acquisition with energy efficiency aid

Dallas electricity giant Oncor has agreed to help more low-income customers make energy improvements to their homes in a deal to get a key holdout to sign off on Sempra Energy’s $9.45 billion bid, state filings show.
