NTSB Releases Preliminary Report On Deadly NYC Helicopter Crash

NEW YORK (CBSDFW.COM/CBSNEWS.COM) – The National Transportation Safety Board released a preliminary report Monday on a deadly helicopter crash earlier this month in New York City’s East River. While a full report on what went wrong could be a year away or more, the preliminary report includes an interview with the pilot — offering, for the first time, details of the events that led up to the March 11 crash in the pilot’s words, CBS New York reports.
The pilot, Richard Van
