Neiman Marcus announced Tuesday multiple promotions and new hires it says will help position the company “to create a new, engaging, luxury retail experience for global customers.”Carrie Tharp, who was hired in 2016 as senior vice president and chief marketing officer, has been promoted to executive vice president and chief digital officer. In her new role, she will oversee data and analytical tools that will help Neiman’s bolster its omnichannel offerings. Her team will e
