Local real estate leader to head multifamily developer's Dallas office

A multifamily investor and operator that made its first foray into North Texas last year has hired a local real estate leader to head its southwest office.Nick Wilhelmson has been hired by Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Group as managing director of its Southwest Region office, which is located in Dallas.
