Jackson-Shaw to build more industrial space in Irving

Jackson-Shaw has teamed up with Stream Realty Partners to offer more industrial space in Irving.The two companies announced Wednesday the groundbreaking of Parc Southwest, a 292,700-square-foot industrial development at 5251 Frye Road in Irving. The project will include two buildings spanning 112,200 square feet and 180,500 square feet, respectively.Construction is slated to finish in the fourth quarter.When completed, the property will seek tenants needing between 20,000 square feet and 60,000&
