IRVING (CBSDFW.COM) – Irving Police Chief Larry Boyd announced Monday he will retire at the end of the year.  He’s led the department since 2004.
“It has been an honor to serve the City of Irving and to have worked with so many wonderful men and women in the department,” said Boyd. “I am proud of our accomplishments and am confident the values we have instilled will carry forward.”
