Hunt project progresses in Terrell

Two proposed industrial developments on roughly 790 acres in Terrell have received initial rezoning approval as some residents fret about the new commercial activity in their quiet city on the edge of the Metroplex. One of the projects is connected to powerful Dallas firm Hunt Consolidated.
