Houston Gets $1.8M To Become More Resilient Post-Harvey

HOUSTON (CBSDFW.COM/AP) — Houston announced it’s received a $1.8 million grant to support its efforts to become more resilient to events like natural disasters but also to ongoing socio-economic issues like aging infrastructure and unemployment.
Wednesday’s announcement comes as the city continues recovering from Hurricane Harvey’s devastating flooding last year.
