Houston developer kicks off new Baylor Scott & White medical office building in DFW

Houston-based PMRG, in conjunction with several physician partners, recently begun construction on a new Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Irving, which will bring more than 58,000 square feet of Class A medical office space to the region and expand Baylor Scott & White's network in North Texas.
The three-story medical office building, called Medical Office Building III, will sit adjacent to Baylor Scott & White's 296-bed hospital on the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center -
