Fixed: 911 Outage Affected More Than 1 Dozen North Texas Counties, Cities

NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Call centers in the NCTCOG911 experienced a 911 outage beginning around noon on Wednesday.  it was fixed around 4:00 p.m.
The agency tweeted, “We are currently running at normal operations. The root cause has still not been identified.  Our staff and vendors will continue to search for the cause.”
