Charming Charlie emerges from bankruptcy

Houston-based retail chain Charming Charlie emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on April 24, according to a press release. A bankruptcy judge approved the company’s reorganization plan earlier this month, and it went into effect April 24.
