Austin company buys Dallas laminate plant

Wilsonart LLC has taken control of a facility in Dallas that manufactures high-pressure laminate panels used in construction.Laminate Works Inc. of Kansas City, Kansas, sold its Laminate Works Dallas division to the Temple-based company. Financial details were not disclosed.The Dallas plant employs 25 people.
