AT&T, Time Warner push back merger deadline

AT&T (NYSE: T) and Time Warner, Inc. (NYSE: TWX) agreed to again move back the deadline for their proposed combination on Thursday, setting June 21 as the new termination point for a process that doesn’t seem to want to end.The agreement was filed to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday morning, officially pushing back the deadline from April 22.
