American-Qantas alliance wins final approval after JetBlue voiced concerns

American Airlines and Qantas Airways won final approval from the U.S. Department of Transportation to form a joint business, meaning the pair can offer flights between the U.S. and Oceania countries of Australia and New Zealand.
