American Airlines partners with Plano restaurant for new in-flight menu items

In an attempt to offer more healthy options, American Airlines is teaming up with another DFW-based business to bolster its in-flight menu.Starting Dec. 1, flyers can buy food from Zoës Kitchen, Inc. (NYSE: ZOES) on most domestic American Airlines Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAL) flights longer than three hours. The offerings include the Grüben sandwich and a hummus plate.
