Amenity-rich office campus to make its way to Plano, Carrollton

A new amenity-rich, five-building office campus could soon get underway on International Business Park, a 300-acre mixed-use development spanning Plano and Carrollton.
The proposed office campus, called 6161 Plano Parkway, totaling 967,000 square feet of office space is already being shopped to would-be tenants as Dallas-based Billingsley Co. begins work on a four-story, 180,000-square-foot office building and shared amenity center.
