90-year-old downtown Dallas building to undergo $45M facelift

A 90-year-old downtown Dallas building is getting a $45 million facelift.The Davis Building, a 250,000-square-foot retail and residential tower at 1309 Main St., will undergo the refresh over the next 15 months, courtesy of Dallas-based MYCON Construction.
