Permico one of a dozen businesses looking to build pipeline to Coastal Bend

Yet another energy company is looking to bring a billion dollar pipeline to the Coastal Bend. Houston-based Permico Energia LLC is the latest company to announce plans for a natural gas liquids pipeline.
