Autposy finds Alaniz Circle victim's death was accidental

Police Chief Joe TreviA o said he has received a ruling on the death of a 28-year-old man found on June 20 at the Alaniz Circle Apartments. The chief said the Nueces County Medical Examiner, Dr. Ray Fernandez, has ruled that Gerardo Benavidez Jr.'s death was "accidental."
