Wolcott Volunteer Firefighter Charged With Larceny

(Wolcott, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – A Wolcott volunteer fireighter in charge of the Town’s Cadet Program for teens has been charged with stealing more than $2900.00 from the program.
Wolcott police have charged 33 year old Jason Kordys of Waterbury with Larceny. Police say the Wolcott Fire Chief noticed suspicious activity on the bank account for the Cadet Program, including purchases at Home Depot for tools.
