Wethersfield PD: 18-year-old man shot and killed 16-year-old; Town mayor speaks out

WETHERSFIELD — Police arrested Noah Hendron, 18, of Wethersfield after they said he is a suspect in the fatal shooting of a 16-year old Thursday night.
