West Haven holds emotional dedication

WEST HAVEN – It is Memorial Day weekend – an important time to pay respect to heroes. Saturday in West Haven, city leaders invited the public to help dedicate the eighth phase of the Veterans Walk of Honor at Bradley Point Park.
