Water service restored in Rocky Hill after water main break

ROCKY HILL – A section of the Silas Deane Highway was shut down  due to a water main break Saturday night.
Metropolitan District Crews responded to a 12-inch water main break on the Silas Deane Highway near the intersection of Town Line Road in Rocky Hill.
The brea affected several businesses in both Wethersfield and Rocky Hill on the Silas Deane highway, including some restaurants, hotels, and a housing complex.
