NEW HAVEN — Vice President Joe Biden is the Class Day speaker at Yale this year. Yale University will hold Class Day festivities Sunday at 2 p.m. and commencement is scheduled for the following day. Biden’s speech Sunday is a ticketed event and is not open to the public. Commencement will begin Monday at 10 a.m.
