U.S. And Russia To Work Together On Constructing A Moon Base

CBS Local — With constant chatter about U.S. officials working with the Russians, the two governments have come out to announce a groundbreaking partnership, but it’s probably not what you think. The two global powers are teaming up to construct a new base circling the Moon.
According to a joint statement, signed by both countries at the 68th International Astronautical Congress in Australia, Russian officials have agreed to join a NASA-led project that will build a new space station
