Tuesday marks the 38th anniversary of the tornado that struck Windsor Locks

WINDSOR LOCKS – Tuesday marks the  38th anniversary of the day a tornado struck north central Connecticut. On October 3, 1979, a tornado came through Windsor and Windsor Locks.
