Tractor Trailer Accident Causes Delays On I 84 In Southbury

An overturned tractor-trailer truck caused delays Tuesday morning on Interstate 84 in Southbury.
The Connecticut Department of Transportation said  I-84 Westbound was congested between Exits 18 and 15 because of the accident. The left lane was closed.
