Thinking outside the tackle box for Connecticut Vets

HARTFORD -- Spinning reels and a rush of water were what some Connecticut veterans experienced just off the banks of Riverside Park in Hartford Tuesday.
For the fourth year in a row, what's known as the Tournament of Champions returned to the Connecticut River. The event includes a day of fishing for disabled vets and the only objective of the mission is to have fun.
"They get to experience what I think is the best therapy on the planet," said tournament organizer Sgt. Joe Kowalski.
