The Real Story – Services for at-risk children

Rick Calvert the CEO of Child and Family Services of SE Connecticut is sending out a warning to the legislature, that if lawmakers approve Governor Malloy’s budget cuts one of the goals of the Sandy Hook Commission report will go unmet:  Increasing services for at-risk children in need of mental health support.
