Successful Gun Buybacks In Two Cities

(WTIC News)– Saturday gun buybacks in Hartford and New Haven brought in dozens of firearms. In Hartford, guns were exchanged for supermarket gift cards.25 pistols,20 revolvers,16 rifles or shotguns, three Derringer pistols , three assault rifles and a machine gun were collected.
In New Haven a record 138 working firearms were taken in.74 handguns, four Derringer style single/double-shot handguns,and sixty long guns , including rifles and shotguns , including two assault weapons were turned
