Substance Abuse Treatment Program For Parents To Expand

MIDDLETOWN, Conn (CBS Connecticut) – A program that’s had success helping parents struggling with substance abuse is expanding in Connecticut.
The “family based recovery” model will be available to 500 more households over the next four-and-a-half years, thanks to private donors.
