State Police warning drivers to be safe when pulled over on shoulders

HARTFORD — After a tragic 24 hours Connecticut State Police are reminding drivers to be safe if they find themselves on the shoulders of highways, or any roads. “The shoulders are for emergency or a disabled vehicle only,” said Trooper Dimitrios Karadimos. “Stay in the car.
