Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill closed due to water main break

ROCKY HILL – A section of the Silas Deane Highway is shut down  due to a water main break.
Metropolitan District Crews responded to a 12-inch water main break on the Silas Deane Highway near the intersection of Town Line Road in Rocky Hill.
The break is affecting several businesses in both Wethersfield and Rocky Hill on the Silas Deane highway, including some restaurants, hotels, and a housing complex.
Water service has been shut down as of 8:50 p.m. and the repair is expected to take
