Route 9 north in Middletown reopens after crash

MIDDLETOWN–A two-vehicle crash caused Route 9 to be shut down in the northbound direction in Middletown for about an hour on Monady. The road was closed between exits 12 and 15. The road shut down around 3:36 p.m. and reopened around 4:30.
