Route 9 north in Middletown closed after crash

MIDDLETOWN–A two-vehicle crash has caused Route 9 to be shut down in the northbound direction in Middletown. The road is closed between exits 12 and 15. The road shut down around 3:36 p.m. and is expected to remain closed for three hours or less.
