Ray Dunaway: The ‘Don’t Tread On Me’ Case

Wen Fa, Pacific Legal Foundation attorney, has a case headed to the U.S. Supreme Court next week: Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky. PLF is representing Andy Cilek, who in 2010, wore a t-shirt with the phrase “Don’t Tread on Me” to his polling place. Andy was told to remove the shirt or he would not be allowed to vote and would also face prosecution and fines.
