RAHM High School teacher remembered

HEBRON — Thirty-year-old Andrej Cavarkapa died Tuesday while jogging after a car hit him in West Hartford. The RAHM High Shcool science teacher spent several days in critical condition at St. Francis Hospital before succumbing to his injuries.
