Probe Into Racist Letters At Bridgeport PD

(Bridgeport, Conn./CBS Connecticut) – There’s an investigation into who left racially charged letters to officers in the Bridgeport Police Department.
Police Chief Joesph Gaudett says on September 27, a letter was found that appeared to target the department’s black officers.
Officers canvassing the lot found eight vehicles had letters placed on windshields.
Police internal affairs and the Bridgeport state’s attorney’s office are investigating.
