Police respond to Hartford Shooting

HARTFORD-The Major Crimes Division is investigating an overnight shooting on Pliny Avenue. Police said a man was shot in the leg and torso and then was transported to Saint Francis Hospital. The victim’s condition is unknown at this time. Pliney Street is closed at Bethel Street. Check back for updates.
