Police Officer Involved In Crash

(EAST HAVEN,Conn./WTIC News) – An East Haven Police Officer responding to an emergency call was involved in a motor vehicle accident shortly after 6:30 Friday evening.It happened at the intersection of High Street, Laurel Street and the Interstate 95 North on ramp.
Both the officer and the only person in the other vehicle were taken to Yale New Haven Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
