Police make arrests after two major drug busts in Hartford

HARTFORD – Detectives seized large quantities of narcotics and made two arrests after two raids Thursday night.
Police said they seized 1.3 Kilos of  heroin with a street value of $80,000 at 61 Stafford St. One suspect was arrested for federal narcotics charges and taken into federal custody.
