Pleasant weekend, prior to a potential heat wave

Headed into the weekend, the weather is still providing some great conditions, with sunshine and low humidity.
High pressure will gradually shift off the East Coast this weekend and become anchored offshore next week.
That will keep storms at bay, but pump in the heat and humidity, with temps getting back into the upper 80s to near 90.
No rain in sight for now – but the heat and high humidity levels may come into play through all of next week.
