PD: I-84 westbound in Waterbury closed due to ramp flooding

WATERBURY —  Police said the off-ramp from I-84 westbound at exit 25 is closed due to heavy flooding. Police said traffic is backing up and it us unknown how long the ramp will stay closed. At this time no other details have been released.
