Parents Sue Over Racial Quotas At Magnet Schools

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC and AP) – Seven black and Hispanic families have filed a civil rights lawsuit against Connecticut and Hartford officials challenging race-based student quotas at city magnet schools.
