Officials Launch New Plastics Recycling Program

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (CBS Connecticut) – Some 200 grocery and other stores across Connecticut are part of a program to recycle certain plastics– ones that can’t just be dropped into the blue, single-stream recycling bin.
